Haiz..today rite after school i got trainning i mean badminton trainning. Our trainning is like if there is time we will train! it will be fun! I like it! Today trainning was the worst thingy i ever have! Today our coacH call us to go to the stadium juz beside the sport hall. The coach call us include me,and 3others to run under the hot sun at the stadium! Omg! Call us run 2.4km! haiz..nvm juz run lor... Those stupid new sec 1s..i m also sec1 but already in the badminton team..those sec 1s are still having their 3rd audition...the coach say not enough court for so many ppl..

And so, she call us go run ! haiz.. But nvm..run lor..sianzz...After running so many rounds! i finally run finish my 2.4! :) this was the first time i ever finish 2.4km worx! canot believe..

Then we went back to the sports hall...we still have to do wat the new sec1s do..i think it is not fair..they seat there and shake their legs...they do 100 " hui pai" but we must do alot more..500! wa! so pain sia..my hand..Nth much to say abt..later if anything happen then rite here!
